Keep on Keepin’ on

Man do I feel good!  I’ve “racked up” about 145 miles so far this month with a lot left to go.  75% of those miles are on trails. There are some slight plantar fasciitis issues in my left foot that I am working with and keeping in check.   I’ve hit the gym like I’ve wanted twice a week.  I’ve even spent some time on the old treadmill and stair climber to get those up-hillers working.  Oh yea, and even a fast night run with my buddy Caleb when the temp was in the single digits.  Solid! I hope your January is treating you well!
