Running Times Magazine: Fueling the Runner: Spirulina and Chia

I don't think Chia is magic, but adding some extra Omega 3's to the diet can't hurt. I usually mix it into my ice tea or in my oatmeal in the morning.

How about you? Do you use it, and if so how do you consume it?
